O caso aconteceu por volta das 20h22, no bairro Pompéia e foi atendido pela Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM).

De acordo com o boletim de Ocorrência, os agentes Janete e Jesus receberam informações de que havia um homem caído ao solo na Avenida Franco da Rocha.

A equipe foi até o local, o repositor já havia sido atendido pelo Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (SAMU) e se encontrava em óbito. Os socorristas relataram que foi feito os trabalhos necessários.

A perícia foi até o local e constatou que não havia nenhum ato criminoso. O corpo foi encaminhado ao Instituto Médico Legal (IML), onde a família fez o reconhecimento do corpo.

O caso foi registrado por volta das 22h36, no Plantão Policial como morte suspeita, porém será investigado pelo 6º Distrito Policial.
