Segundo informações da Polícia Militar (PM), a dupla revelou que voltava para casa, após não conseguir pôr em prática o plano de realizar uma série de assaltos na cidade vizinha de Hortolândia (SP).

Os policiais patrulhavam pela Rodovia Adauto Campo Dall’Orto, quando viram uma moto com dois ocupantes. O veículo tinha as mesmas características de uma moto envolvida numa tentativa de assalto em que uma pessoa foi baleada.

Durante a abordagem, foi encontrada uma arma com o jovem. De acordo com a polícia, a dupla revelou que voltava de Hortolândia, onde tinha a intenção de realizar uma série de roubos, mas os crimes não deram certo e eles decidiram voltar para casa.

A PM descobriu que a moto tinha sido roubada, na segunda-feira (24), em Campinas.

A dupla detida foi conduzida à Delegacia de Sumaré, onde o caso foi registrado como adulteração de sinal identificador de veículo automotor, posse irregular de arma de fogo de uso permitido e ato infracional de posse irregular de arma de fogo de uso permitido.
