Durante as investigações da Delegacia de Investigações Sobre Entorpecentes (DISE), agentes estaduais identificaram uma residência na rua Paulínia envolvida no cultivo e comércio de maconha. Com base nas informações coletadas, foi solicitado ao poder judiciário da cidade um mandado de busca e apreensão para a residência.

Durante a operação, o suspeito foi abordado, e na casa, em um dos quartos, foi encontrada uma estufa contendo três vasos com pés de maconha, ventiladores, exaustores e 90 gramas da droga pronta para venda.

Diante do flagrante, o suspeito foi conduzido à delegacia especializada e posteriormente encaminhado à cadeia pública de Sumaré (SP) por tráfico de drogas.
