Os agentes Wilson e Miranda durante patrulhamento na Rua Coelho abordaram os dois indivíduos com os fios.

Durante a abordagem, a dupla relatou que havia achado em uma caçamba de entulho, mas com o apoio dos agentes subinspetor Camargo e Belarmino, foi constatado que a mercadoria havia sido furtada de um prédio em construção, na Rua Geórgia, no Jardim Dona Judith.

O caso foi encaminhado à Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ), onde os dois criminosos permaneceram à disposição da Justiça.
