Segundo a Polícia Civil, o caso é investigado desde junho, depois de uma denúncia, e as vítimas teriam entre 8 e 9 anos.

Além das informações repassadas através de denúncia pelo Disque 100, a funcionária de uma das escolas flagrou o homem com uma criança no colo.

Quando notou o flagrante, ele rapidamente colocou a criança no chão. Porém, isso fez com que a própria direção começasse a observar o comportamento dos alunos.

O professor dava aulas em Capivari e era substituto em escolas da cidade de Rafard, onde ocorreu o fato, que será investigado.

Conforme as denúncias, o delegado instaurou o inquérito policial e após reunir provas do fato durante a investigação, decretou a prisão preventiva do professor.

A Polícia Civil fez a prisão e o homem foi conduzido à carceragem do Plantão Policial de Piracicaba.
