Com isso, o Centro de Operações Integradas (COI) passa a ter acesso a informações criminais privilegiadas, banco de dados de leitura facial e controles de acesso para uso em condomínios ou grandes eventos.

A principal característica do sistema é a instalação de câmeras de videomonitoramento nas entradas e saídas dos municípios. A integração funcionará com a comunicação entre centros de inteligência de diferentes cidades.

Na última quinta-feira (31), o chefe do Gabinete da Tecnologia da Informação da Secretaria de Segurança do Estado de São Paulo, Major PM Eduardo Fernandes Gonçalves, esteve presente na sede da GCM de Vinhedo para firmar a participação do município no projeto.

“O envolvimento de Vinhedo em um projeto como esses representa um importante avanço na segurança do município. Além disso, também ratifica nosso potencial na operação e participação em sistemas de monitoramento integrados”

disse Osmir Cruz, secretário de Defesa Social e Mobilidade Urbana.
