O acidente aconteceu por volta das 16h, desta quinta-feira (27), no cruzamento entre a Avenida Campos Sales e Rua Saldanha Marinho.

De acordo com a Emdec, empresa responsável por fiscalizar o trânsito, o motorista de 59 anos sofreu um mal súbito.

Após o acidente, ele foi socorrido e levado pelo Corpo de Bombeiros para a Unidade de Pronto Atendimento (UPA) Anchieta. Conforme o registro do caso, a vítima teve ferimentos leves.

Não houve outros feridos, apenas danos nos veículos e no estabelecimento atingido.
