Segundo os agentes, eles foram acionados por moradores do bairro Sacilloto. A denúncia dizia que um cavalo estava andando sozinho, se alimentando em lixeiras e sem água.

A corporação foi até o local indicado e conseguiram encontrar o cavalo. Os agentes perguntaram sobre o dono para moradores, mas o tutor não foi localizado. O animal estava com muita sede e machucado. Ele foi recolhido e deve receber os primeiros cuidados.

O dono não foi encontrado, mas identificado estará sujeito a multa pelos maus-tratos.
