De acordo com o boletim de ocorrência, por volta das 17h, a esposa da vítima estava na residência do casal, situada no Residencial Ipiranga, quando escutou um barulho na cozinha.

Logo após, ela seguiu até o cômodo e encontrou o marido roxo e caído ao chão já sem vida.

O Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (SAMU) foi acionado e compareceu na casa. Ele constataram que o homem morreu engasgado com carne.

O corpo foi retirado do local pela Funerária FMC e o caso foi registrado no Plantão Policial como morte acidental.
