O corpo estava caído às margens da Rodovia Miguel Melhado de Campos (SP-324). A polícia investiga as causas.

De acordo com apuração do site Policial Padrão, uma viatura do Corpo de Bombeiros atendeu a ocorrência por volta das 4h. A equipe constatou o óbito no local causado por disparos de arma de fogo.

A perícia esteve na cena do crime e recolheu 13 estojos e três projéteis.

Segundo investigação preliminar da polícia, antes do crime Silva estava em um estabelecimento onde tocava forró próximo ao local. No entanto, nenhuma testemunha se apresentou, apenas populares que disseram terem ouvido disparos.

A polícia comunicou o caso na delegacia Seccional de Campinas e irá apurar as causas.
