O crime aconteceu no Jardim José Ometto II, em Araras (SP). A mãe e um amigo dele também foram atingidos por disparos. Ninguém foi preso e a polícia investiga o caso.

Conforme apuração do Policial Padrão, por volta das 12h30, a Polícia Militar (PM) foi até a Rua Jarbas Leme de Godoy e encontrou cerca de 50 pessoas em frente ao bar.

Duas pessoas estavam lavando o chão do local, onde havia marcas de sangue.

A polícia rapidamente isolou o local até a chegada da perícia e falou com o pai de Romenique.

O homem relatou que estava em casa quando ouviu os barulhos de tiros. Ele saiu para a rua e encontrou a esposa, o filho e um amigo baleados.

Moradores da rua socorreram as vítimas ao hospital. Romenique sofreu disparos na região da cabeça e não resistiu aos ferimentos. Não há informações sobre o estado de saúde das outras vítimas.

Na cena do crime, a perícia apreendeu 13 cápsulas de calibre .380, três projéteis e um boné com um raspão de tiro.

A motivação do crime e o suspeito ainda são desconhecidos.
