Os menores agiam na Estrada Municipal Valêncio Calegari, em Sumaré (SP).

De acordo com apuração do Policial Padrão, testemunhas acionaram a Polícia Militar (PM) por conta das tentativas de roubo. Quando os PMs chegaram no local, flagraram a dupla e um dos adolescentes estava com a arma de brinquedo na cintura.

A equipe apreendeu a dupla, que confessou que tentava roubar motos no local. A motocicleta em que eles estavam havia sido roubada horas antes na Estrada do Barreiro.

A PM apresentou os adolescentes e o veículo no Plantão Policial de Sumaré. Os adolescentes permaneceram à disposição da Justiça.
