Dois operadores estavam no local no momento do crime.

Conforme apuração do Policial Padrão, o caso aconteceu por volta das 00h30, na altura do km 81 da rodovia. As vítimas relataram à polícia que o criminoso estava escondido atrás da cabine número 6 e foi até a cabine ao lado, onde anunciou o assalto.

A primeira vítima foi um rapaz de 27 anos. Ele relatou que o bandido fez menção de estar armado com faca e exigiu todo o dinheiro da cabine 7.

A segunda vítima foi uma operadora de 20 anos. A jovem notou a ação na cabine ao lado e conseguiu esconder algumas notas de maior valor no bolso antes que o criminoso viesse até ela.

Logo após assaltar as duas cabines, o bandido fugiu correndo e acessou uma área de mata às margens da rodovia. Segundo as vítimas, ele roubou cerca de R$ 736.

Os funcionários alegaram que as câmeras do pedágio capturam imagens em tempo real e as gravações ficam armazenadas na sede da CCR AutoBAn. Nenhum deles se feriu durante o assalto.
