A Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM) deteve o jovem em flagrante após localizar um revólver calibre .38 no carro dele.

De acordo com a corporação, durante patrulhamento pelo bairro Altos do Morumbi, moradores relataram uma briga entre familiares. Os agentes foram ao endereço indicado e testemunhas contaram que um rapaz efetuou dois disparos durante uma discussão e depois fugiu em uma caminhonete preta.

A GCM iniciou buscas e encontrou o veículo na Rua Afonso Garbuio, região do Santa Claudina. O rapaz negou que teria uma arma, mas em uma busca minuciosa, os guardas encontraram um revólver calibre .38 embaixo do tapete da caminhonete. A arma estava com três munições intactas e dois estojos deflagrados.

O suspeito foi conduzido para a delegacia e autuado em flagrante por porte ilegal de arma e disparo em via pública. Em seguida, encaminhado para o Centro de Triagem de Campo Limpo Paulista (SP).
