A equipe precisou usar arma de choque na abordagem que aconteceu no bairro Vila Linópolis I, em Santa Bárbara d’Oeste (SP).

Conforme informações da PM, por volta da meia-noite a vítima de 44 anos estava na Rua Professor Justino Soares quando encontrou o primo.

Segundo o relato da vítima, o homem a agarrou a força e tentou beijá-la e acariciar suas partes íntimas. A mulher conseguiu escapar e correu até a delegacia para denunciar o ocorrido.

Logo depois, com medo do primo vir atrás dela, a vítima chamou a PM e disse onde ele estava.

Os policiais o encontraram na Rua Antônio Bernardo Rangel, mas o pintor resistiu a abordagem.

De acordo com a polícia, o homem estava alterado e nervoso, possivelmente devido ao uso de drogas ou álcool. Além de xingar a equipe, ele pegou duas barras de ferro e tentou agredir as agentes.

Diante da situação, a polícia teve que usar uma arma de choque para imobilizar o pintor e fazer a prisão.

O suspeito passou por atendimento médico antes de ser autuado. Ele vai responder em liberdade pelos crimes de tentativa de estupro contra a prima e resistência.
