O caso aconteceu na madrugada desta segunda-feira (20), no Parque Residencial Bom Jardim.

Conforme apuração do site Policial Padrão, a equipe atendeu a ocorrência na Rua Antonio Pelóia, por volta das 3h.

No local, eles encontraram a vítima de 56 anos com diversos hematomas. Ela relatou que o filho é usuário de drogas e a agrediu após chegar alterado de uma festa de Carnaval.

A vítima foi agredida com socos, derrubada no chão e arrastada pelo asfalto, ficando com diversas lesões na região das pernas, quadril e rosto.

O autor tentou fugir da polícia e acabou sofrendo uma queda antes da abordagem.

A PM encaminhou mãe e filho ao pronto-socorro para exames cautelares, onde um médico constatou os ferimentos da vítima.

Posteriormente, já na delegacia, o rapaz começou a xingar os policiais e tentou convencer a mãe a não prestar queixa.

No entanto, o delegado ouviu os fatos e registrou a ocorrência de lesão corporal. Com isso, o autor ficou detido à disposição da Justiça.
