O ato foi visto pela mãe da criança e filha da autora, que ficou em estado de choque.

Conforme apuração do Policial Padrão, o caso aconteceu por volta das 16h30, na Rua Baianinha, região do bairro Vila Queiroz.

A mãe da criança relatou à polícia que estava em outro cômodo cozinhando e ao ir para o quarto, flagrou a mãe fazendo sexo oral no próprio neto. Em choque, ela ligou para o 190.

As partes envolvidas foram enviadas para a Santa Casa para avaliação médica. Há informações de que a avó faz uso de medicamentos e não conseguiu esclarecer o motivo do ocorrido.

O Conselho Tutelar foi acionado e acompanhou o registro da ocorrência de estupro de vulnerável. A avó ficou detida à disposição da Justiça.
