O caso aconteceu no Parque Dona Esther, em Cosmópolis (SP).

De acordo com a PM, os suspeitos estavam na Rua Bruna Monteoliva que é um local conhecido por ocorrências de tráfico. O adolescente estava em uma bicicleta e entregou um maço de cigarros ao homem que estava a pé.

Quando notou os policiais, a dupla tentou fugir, mas a equipe a alcançou e fez a abordagem. No maço de cigarros, a polícia encontrou uma porção de maconha, sete de cocaína e R$ 221.

Ainda segundo a PM, o menor admitiu que estava vendendo as drogas. Com isso, os dois abordados foram conduzidos ao Distrito Policial.

Após ouvir os fatos, o delegado de plantão registrou a ocorrência de tráfico, mas liberou a dupla para responder em liberdade. As drogas, dinheiro e os celulares dos abordados ficaram apreendidos.
