Segundo informações da Guarda Civil Municipal, durante patrulhamento pela Rua da Alegria, a equipe viu o menor abaixado e tentando enterrar uma sacola plástica.

Ele fugiu ao ver os agentes e correu sentido à Avenida Antônio Moraes de Barros, em meio aos carros. A fuga não durou muito tempo e ele foi alcançado e detido.

Os guardas retornaram ao local onde o jovem estava e descobriram que na sacola havia 40 porções de crack, 28 de maconha e 23 de cocaína.

O adolescente detido foi conduzido à delegacia e autuado por ato infracional de tráfico de drogas. Após o término da ocorrência, ele foi entregue a avó e responderá em liberdade.
