O Baep fazia patrulhamento pelo bairro, quando viu uma moto Honda CG 160 Fan estacionada na Rua Danielle Cristina Honoratto.

Os policiais notaram que a placa da moto era artesanal, pois estava fora dos padrões Mercosul e abordaram três suspeitos na calçada, perto do veículo.

Todos passaram por revista e a chave da moto foi encontrada no bolso de um deles.

Na checagem do veículo, a polícia constatou que a moto era um produto de roubo, ocorrido no dia 3 de janeiro de 2021, em Paulínia (SP).

O ‘proprietário’ alegou que não sabia sobre a irregularidade. Ele disse que comprou o veículo por R$ 2,5 mil há cerca de quatro meses, após ver um anúncio em redes sociais.

Diante dos fatos, o Baep deu voz de prisão ao abordado por receptação e adulteração de veículo. No plantão policial de Limeira, o delegado confirmou o flagrante e o homem ficou detido à disposição da Justiça.
