O crime ocorreu em uma residência no Jardim Guanabara durante uma discussão sobre o pagamento de contas.

Conforme apuração do Policial Padrão, o autor mora no local com a mãe e o padrasto de 38 anos. A mulher relatou à polícia que o filho pediu dinheiro para pagar contas pessoais e se irritou quando o padrasto negou.

De acordo com o registro do caso, durante a discussão o rapaz se irritou, pegou uma faca e acertou o peito da vítima.

Uma unidade de resgate socorreu o homem ao Hospital Municipal e ele ficou internado sob cuidados médicos.

A PM apresentou o enteado na Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ), onde a autoridade policial registrou o crime de lesão corporal. O rapaz permaneceu à disposição do delegado para maior esclarecimento do ocorrido.
