A vítima foi agredida a socos e sofreu uma fratura.

De acordo com a Guarda Civil Municipal (GCM), uma adolescente parou uma viatura em patrulhamento e contou que a mãe e a avó estavam sendo agredidas em um bar na Rua dos Maróstica.

No local, os agentes encontraram as vítimas e elas contaram que o agressor era o ex-namorado da mulher mais velha. A filha tentou impedir a briga dos dois e foi agredida com socos na cabeça e braço.

Ela recebeu atendimento no pronto-socorro, onde exames constataram escoriações nas costas dela e uma fratura na mão direita.

O caso foi apresentado na delegacia de Araras (SP), onde o agressor foi autuado por lesão corporal e ameaça conforme a Lei Maria da Penha. O delegado estipulou fiança no valor de quatro salários mínimos, mas o agressor não pagou e ficou detido.
