O autor de 47 anos alegou que a faca estava com a vítima e apenas a tomou para se defender.

De acordo com informações apuradas pelo site Policial Padrão, três pessoas estavam na cena do crime que aconteceu por volta das 17h30.

A vítima estava com uma mulher de 34 anos, que disse que o alvo na verdade era ela.

Os dois homens entraram em luta corporal, até que a vítima levou a facada na barriga. Moradores o socorreram ao pronto-socorro e o estado dele é estável.

A Polícia Militar (PM) recebeu as informações sobre o caso e saiu em busca do autor. Os policiais o encontraram com sangue na camisa, na Rua Ernesto José Pigatto, no bairro Jardim Primavera.

Só que ele alegou que a vítima era quem estava com a faca e apenas a tomou para se defender.

Já na cena do crime, a equipe de perícia encontrou marcas de sangue e a arma usada na ocorrência.

Por fim, a polícia apresentou tudo na delegacia da cidade e o delegado determinou a prisão do autor por tentativa de homicídio.
