Os policiais descobriram o mandado contra o idoso durante abordagem no bairro Chácara Machadinho II.

De acordo com a PM, uma equipe abordou o médico que caminhava pela Rua Goiás após notar uma atitude suspeita. A situação do idoso foi descoberta durante a pesquisa criminal.

Segundo os dados, o idoso foi condenado por estupro de vulnerável e tem uma pena de 12 anos a ser cumprida em regime fechado.

A polícia conduziu o procurado até a Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ) e após o registro da ocorrência, ele ficou preso para cumprir a pena.
