Após o furto, criminoso ainda vendeu o veículo para um morador de Americana (SP).

De acordo com a GCM, o crime aconteceu por volta das 19h, em uma sorveteria no Jardim Alvorada.

Através da análise de imagens de uma câmera de segurança, a equipe identificou o autor do crime. O ladrão é um homem de 37 anos, morador no Jardim Capuava.

Os agentes fizeram buscas pela região onde o criminoso reside e o abordaram na Rua Jequitibá. Ele confessou o furto, mas disse que já tinha vendido o veículo por R$ 40 para um morador de Americana (SP).

O ladrão foi detido e a equipe seguiu até a cidade vizinha em busca da bicicleta furtada. Um homem foi visto com o veículo no bairro Cidade Jardim II, só que ele fugiu abandonando a bicicleta na rua.

Por fim, o caso foi registrado no Distrito Policial de Nova Odessa. O criminoso ficou preso em flagrante pelo furto e a bicicleta foi devolvida ao proprietário.
