De acordo com a PM, por volta das 20h40, uma equipe de Força Tática composta pelo 1° Sargento Luna, 2º Sargento Simões, Cabo Juliano e Soldado Yuri, fazia patrulhamento pela Rua João Dell Agnese, onde se deparou com um indivíduo suspeito.

O homem demonstrou nervosismo com a proximidade da viatura e acabou sendo abordado.

Nada ilícito foi encontrado com ele, mas na pesquisa de antecedentes a polícia descobriu um mandado de prisão por infringir a Lei 9605/98 Art. 32, referente a praticar ato de abuso, maus-tratos, ferir ou mutilar animais silvestres, domésticos ou domesticados, nativos ou exóticos.

Diante do fato, o sujeito foi apresentado na Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ) e ficou detido para cumprimento da pena.
