Policiais civis da Delegacia de Investigações Gerais (DIG) de Americana (SP) realizaram a prisão.

De acordo com a polícia, a “Operação Satélite” teve início por volta das 6h, na região do bairro Cidade Satélite Íris.

Após investigações a equipe identificou dois autores de furto de veículo, residentes na Rua Júlio Jansen. Tudo foi possível graças ao trabalho conjunto entre a DIG e o Setor de Inteligência da Guarda Municipal de Americana.

Com base em imagens coletadas no dia do crime, ocorrido em 4 de janeiro, a polícia chegou até os dois irmãos.

Na casa deles, os investigadores encontraram as roupas, capacetes e a moto utilizada no dia do furto. Além disso, havia um carregador com uma munição, várias peças de veículos e uma outra moto de procedência duvidosa.

A equipe apreendeu tudo e apresentou o caso na delegacia. O irmão mais velho foi autuado em flagrante por posse irregular de munição, e os dois vão responder pelo furto de veículo.
