Uma mulher que estava comprando drogas com ele também foi detida.

De acordo com apuração do site Policial Padrão, o caso aconteceu por volta das 00h30 no Jardim Campos Elíseos. A PM fazia patrulhamento preventivo pela Rua Luís Carlos Miami, quando viu o menor e uma mulher correndo com pacotes nas mãos.

Os policiais alcançaram os suspeitos e descobriram que eles estavam com drogas.

Com a mulher de 31 anos, havia um pacote com 33 porções de crack. A suspeita disse que estava comprando a droga quando o vendedor derrubou o pacote e saiu correndo. Ela alega que apenas o pegou do chão e correu também.

Já o menor, tinha uma pochete com 33 porções de cocaína, R$ 143,35 e uma garrucha calibre .22. O adolescente disse que usa a arma para se defender.

Uma vez que a polícia apreendeu todo o material, encaminhou a dupla para a 2ª Delegacia Seccional. O delegado autuou o menor por tráfico de drogas e porte ilegal de arma, e ele ficou apreendido. Já a mulher, vai responder em liberdade por porte de drogas.
