A ação ainda teve apoio de uma equipe de Louveira (SP).

De acordo com informações da Guarda, dois homens armados roubaram um carro Citroen C3 preto, na Rua Luiz Briski, que fica no bairro Nova Vinhedo.

As corporações souberam do crime e iniciaram as buscas localizando o veículo e prendendo um dos suspeitos por volta das 22h15.

No entanto, o segundo envolvido fugiu pelo pontilhão de uma capela local e só foi encontrado horas depois.

O suspeito estava andando pelas margens da Rodovia Miguel Melhado Campo, sentido ao Condomínio São Joaquim.

Uma equipe da Guarda o capturou e apresentou na delegacia para incluir no registro da ocorrência. Por fim, os dois ladrões ficaram presos.
