O acidente aconteceu por volta das 18h, na Rua Primavera. A Polícia Militar (PM) atendeu a ocorrência e encontrou apenas o motorista do ônibus e o responsável pela empresa no local.

O motorista contou que estava parado no semáforo, aguardando o sinal abrir, mas ao dar seta para virar à direita, ouviu gritos de alerta. Ele parou o ônibus e desceu para verificar o que tinha acontecido e encontrou o ciclista embaixo do veículo.

Populares auxiliaram no resgate, retirando a vítima debaixo do ônibus e aguardando a chegada da equipe do Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência (Samu).

De acordo com o registro do caso, o ciclista teve ferimentos leves e foi encaminhado ao Pronto Atendimento do Nova Hortolândia.

A Polícia Civil investiga as causas do acidente.
