O crime ocorreu no Jardim da Balsa II, em Americana (SP) e a polícia deteve o autor em flagrante.

Conforme apuração do Policial Padrão, por volta das 11h30, a Polícia Militar (PM) atendeu um chamado sobre disparo de arma de fogo na Rua Rio do Peixe.

A vítima foi atingida por diversos disparos e morreu no local. Já o autor do crime fugiu em veículo Ford Escort de cor vermelha.

Com base nas placas, a PM iniciou patrulhamento e encontrou o carro na região do bairro São Sebastião. Após um breve acompanhamento, a equipe interceptou o veículo na Rua Maranhão. Um homem de 44 anos estava na direção.

De acordo com a PM, ele confessou o homicídio e disse que arma usada no crime estava embaixo do banco traseiro. No local, a equipe encontrou um revólver calibre .38 com cinco munições deflagradas no tambor.

Diante das evidências, o homem recebeu voz de prisão em flagrante pelo crime e está à disposição da Justiça. A Polícia Civil apura o caso.
