O caso aconteceu por volta das 17h, no bairro São Manoel.

De acordo com a Polícia Militar (PM), os policiais Cabo Eduardo, Soldados Patrick e Rafael, estavam patrulhando e avistaram uma motocicleta em atitudes suspeitas.

Ao ver a viatura, o condutor fugiu, mas foi acompanhado e abordado pela equipe no cruzamento das ruas São Tiago e São Manuel.

O indivíduo foi revistado e estava em posse de 31 porções de maconha e R$ 2,2 mil em notas diversas. Ele se negou a fornecer qualquer informações sobre as drogas.

Os policiais foram até a residência do traficante, localizada na Rua Lamartine Babo, no bairro Parque Residencial Jaguari, mas nada de ilícito foi encontrado, somente documentos pessoais.

O caso foi encaminhado à Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ), onde permaneceu à disposição da Justiça.
