Segundo informações, o individuo estava na calçada em frente a sua casa, quando dois indivíduos em uma moto pequena chegaram. Nesse momento, o garupa desceu e efetuou os disparos, atingindo dois na cabeça, um no tórax e um na mão, pela rua Vênus no bairro Jardim Alvorada.

Polícia militar e corpo de bombeiros foram acionados, no local, um rapaz de 56 anos, com vários ferimentos pelo corpo, sendo necessário procedimentos devido a constatação de parada cardiorrespiratória, sendo transportado para o Hospital Municipal de Americana.

No hospital municipal foi constatada pela equipe medica a morte de Jair Bispo da Cruz, vulgo “Pisí”. A PM fez a preservação do local de crime, onde compareceram os agentes da Polícia Civil e Peritos criminais, para investigações.
