O agressor de 40 anos invadiu a casa da mãe, fez ameaças de morte e resistiu à prisão.

Conforme apuração do site Policial Padrão, a idosa de 60 anos estava na casa com a neta, quando o filho pulou o muro e invadiu.

As vítimas relataram que o familiar estava embriagado, fez ameaças de morte contra a mãe e quebrou diversos objetos da residência. Após a ação ele foi embora, mas voltou horas depois e se trancou em um quarto.

A sobrinha dele chamou a polícia e relatou o ocorrido. De acordo com a jovem, o tio culpa a mãe por ter cumprido pena por violência doméstica, já que ela o denunciou.

A equipe tentou convencer o homem a sair da casa e depois de muita insistência ele abriu a porta. No entanto, continuou com as ameaças e tentou agredir os policiais.

Agressão a PM

Com apoio de outra equipe e uso de algemas, a polícia conseguiu deter o agressor e o colocar na viatura. Durante o trajeto ele chutou e danificou o veículo, obrigando a equipe a fazer uma parada.

Um dos policiais tentou conter as pernas do detido, mas além de xingar e cuspir, ele mordeu os braços do agente.

A equipe então seguiu para o hospital, onde o militar mordido recebeu atendimento e registrou a agressão em laudo. Ele passa bem.

O caso foi apresentado na Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ). Após ouvir os fatos o delegado determinou a prisão do agressor por violência doméstica, lesão corporal, ameaça, desacato e violação de domicílio.
