A Equipe de Ações Especiais estava em patrulhamento quando foi informada pelo COPOM de um roubo que tinha acontecido na Rua Orestes Monteiro de Carvalho e Silva.

O criminoso abordou as vítimas, o pai e a filha, e conseguiu roubar um celular e cartões bancários mediante violência e agressões, fugindo logo em seguida.

Na fuga, o bandido deixou cair um contrato de empréstimo financeiro no nome do pai dele, o que facilitou, após consultas via COPOM, para encontrá-lo em um condomínio residencial no mesmo bairro. Foi constatado que o criminoso já tinha passagem por roubo e furto.

O bandido foi localizado e reconhecido pelas vítimas como sendo o autor do crime. A ocorrência foi apresentada na 2ª Delegacia Seccional de Campinas.
