O foi atendido pela Ronda Ostensiva Municipal (ROMU) por volta das 21h40, no bairro São Gerônimo.

De acordo com Guarda Municipal de Americana (GAMA), os agentes Edson, Nélson e Vieira, realizava uma operação de combate ao tráfico de entorpecente na Rua Humberto Pollo quando avistaram um indivíduo entrando em um estabelecimento comercial e escondendo algo de baixo de uma sacada.

O homem foi abordado e com apoio de várias viaturas o estabelecimento foi vistoriado. Foram encontrados um caderno de anotações, balança , um rolo de plástico transparente, R$ 183, vidro de lança de lança perfume e quatro comprimidos de LSD.

O abordado nada alegou e foi encaminhado à Polícia Civil (PC), onde os objetos foram apreendidos e o homem liberado.
