Os agentes municipais Novais e Bianca receberam informações via rádio de que dois adolescentes estavam pela praça na rua São Lucas vendendo drogas pelo local e que escondiam os ilícitos no pé de um coqueiro.

Pelas informações passadas e com as características dos menores, efetuaram a abordagem por volta das 16h, localizando com os infratores R$25,00 e três porções de maconha. Com o apoio da Ronda Ostensiva Municipal (ROMU) canil, foi encontrado mais 11 porções de maconha no pé do coqueiro, como descrevia a denúncia.

Ambos os menores de 15 anos foram juntamente com as drogas apresentados na Central de Polícia Judiciaria (CPJ), sendo eles liberados às suas responsáveis legais e as drogas apreendidas para incineração legal.
