Ao todo, serão trocados 1.498,32 m² de cobertura.

De acordo com o comandante da Guarda, Marco Aurélio da Silva, essa é uma obra histórica para a corporação graças ao olhar diferenciado que o prefeito Chico Sardelli e o vice Odir Demarchi têm com a Gama.

“Por se tratar de um telhado feito de material que não é mais utilizado hoje em dia, já apresentava trincas e goteiras em dias de chuva. As novas telhas, feitas de material termoisolante, são modernas e tornarão o ambiente mais arejado e seguro para os servidores que aqui trabalham”, diz o comandante.

Além da cobertura, serão instalados mais 209,21 m² de fechamento lateral em chapa de aço pré-pintada. O valor do investimento é de R$ 447.999,00, e a previsão de término da substituição do telhamento é de 60 dias.
