Além do mandado de prisão, o criminoso recusou o bafômetro e estava dirigindo sem habilitação.

De acordo com a polícia, a equipe realizava a ‘Operação Alcoolemia’, na altura do km 53 quando abordou um Volkswagen Gol. Além de não possuir habilitação, o motorista se recusou a realizar o teste de bafômetro.

A polícia revistou o suspeito, mas não encontrou nada ilícito. No entanto, no carro havia quatro porções de maconha e cerca de R$ 3,2 mil.

Após descobrir as drogas, o policiamento checou os dados do abordado e descobriu um mandado de prisão contra ele. Conforme o registro, o homem responde por ameaça.

Diante dos fatos, a equipe deteve o procurado e apresentou o caso na delegacia. O criminoso ficou preso à disposição da Justiça e também vai responder pelas infrações de trânsito e porte de drogas.

O carro foi recolhido ao pátio do Departamento de Estradas de Rodagem (DER).
