As circunstâncias do caso são investigadas pelo 4° Distrito Policial (DP).

A Polícia Militar Rodoviária (PMRv) foi acionada para atender um acidente, por volta das 23h. No local, porém, os policiais viram somente uma moto, já que a vítima tinha sido socorrida pela concessionária que administra a rodovia.

As circunstâncias do acidente ainda são desconhecidas. Os policiais não encontraram nenhuma testemunha, nem indícios de fuga de algum carro ou caminhão.

A mulher foi levada em estado grave para o Hospital Fornecedores de Cana (HFC), mas não resistiu aos ferimentos e morreu.

Segundo informações apuradas pelo Policial Padrão, a primeira pessoa a comparecer na delegacia, durante à noite de quinta-feira, foi o ex-marido da vítima, que contou não ter ideia a quem pertencia a moto e o motivo da mulher estar dirigindo naquele sentido da rodovia.
