A abordagem ocorreu após o então suspeito tentar fugir e descartar uma sacola.

A equipe de ROMU estava em patrulhamento pelo bairro quando avistou o suspeito. Ao perceber a presença da viatura, ele descartou uma sacola verde sob um veículo estacionado e iniciou uma fuga a pé. A rápida ação da guarnição permitiu a captura do suspeito, que foi abordado com sucesso na Av. João de Souza Filho por volta das 17h54.

Durante a revista, foram encontrados R$ 150,00 em posse do suspeito. A sacola descartada continha 38 ependorfs com cocaína, 15 porções de maconha, 15 pedras de crack e 15 porções de skunk. Ele confessou estar praticando o tráfico naquela localidade e justificou a quantia em dinheiro como proveniente das vendas.

Com base nas evidências e na confissão do traficante, a equipe municipal o conduziu, juntamente com o dinheiro e as drogas apreendidas, ao plantão policial. Lá, a autoridade policial de plantão tomou ciência dos fatos e determinou a prisão em flagrante por tráfico de drogas. As drogas serão encaminhadas para incineração legal.
