A vítima de 48 anos alegou que não é a primeira vez que o rapaz tentou abusar dela.

De acordo com apuração do Policial Padrão, o crime aconteceu por volta das 3h30, no bairro Vila São Pedro.

A vítima contou a polícia que mora com a irmã e uma sobrinha. Já o sobrinho reside em Leme (SP), mas veio passar o final de semana na casa.

Ainda segundo a vítima, durante a madrugada, ele entrou no quarto que ela divide com a sobrinha, apenas de bermuda e disse que queria transar.

A mulher o empurrou, mas ele ficou nu e arrancou a calça e a calcinha dela a força.

A vítima começou a gritar para que ele saísse de cima dela e acordou a sobrinha que estava na cama ao lado. A jovem acendeu a luz e flagrou o irmão nu em cima da tia.

Tanto a jovem, quanto a vítima alegaram que não é a primeira vez que o rapaz tenta abusar da tia.

O servente negou as acusações, mas recebeu voz de prisão. Ele ficou preso pela tentativa de estupro.
