De acordo com a Polícia Militar (PM), os soldados Sheila Silva e Popolim foram acionados para atender uma ocorrência ne ameaça.

No local, a vítima também de 26 anos, relatou que mora com o autor há três anos e que nesta data, ele deveria chegar por volta das 12h e só chegou às 23h, alcoolizado e após ela informar que ele não entraria na residência, começou a bater no portão e ofendê-la.

Informou também que já havia sido agredida por ele no passado, que sofria com violências psicológicas e que desejava registrar os fatos.

Já o autor relatou que por chegar tarde, sua mulher o ofendeu e não o deixou entrar na residência.

O caso foi encaminhado à Polícia Civil, onde foi elaborado um Boletim de OcorrÊncia e o pedido da medida protetiva.

Após todos serem liberados, o indivíduo foi até a residência da companheira novamente, agrediu a mulher e o sogro. Após as agressões o mesmo fugiu e não foi localizado.

A equipe conduziu as vítimas até à Central de Polícia Judiciária (CPJ) novamente após terem passado por atendimento médico no Hospital Municipal.
