O acidente aconteceu na tarde desta quarta-feira (17). O motorista tinha 42 anos e foi encontrado pelo Corpo de Bombeiros, após colega de trabalho estranhar trator ligado sem o motorista e carga descarregada.

De acordo com o Boletim de Ocorrência, outro funcionário da empresa chegou ao local e viu o caminhão ligado com a caçamba abaixada. O homem não encontrou o colega de trabalho responsável pelo veículo, que estava carregado com pedras, e suspeitou do soterramento. O proprietário da empresa foi acionado e chamou o Corpo de Bombeiros. Os agentes removeram as pedras e encontraram o corpo da vítima.

A perícia foi chamada e corpo foi levado pela funerária. O boletim de ocorrência foi registrado na Delegacia Seccional de Polícia de Mogi Guaçu.
