Conforme apurado pelo Policial Padrão, a agressora foi com o filho dela até a casa da ex-cunhada. No local ela xingou a vítima e disse para que ela desocupasse a casa.

Um dos filhos da vítima ouviu os gritos e saiu para ver o que estava acontecendo. Ele notou que o irmão de apenas 5 anos estava em meio a confusão e tentou tirar o menino do local.

Nesse momento, a tia o puxou pelo braço causando um arranhão. O primo dele então entregou um spray de pimenta para a mãe e a mulher espirrou no rosto da moradora.

A vítima ligou para o ex-marido chorando pedindo ajuda e o homem chamou a polícia.

Quando a equipe chegou, a agressora e o filho dela já tinham ido embora.

As vítimas recusaram atendimento médico e a PM registrou o caso de agressão.
