A denúncia foi feita pela Santa Casa e funcionários que tinham livre acesso ao local estão sendo ouvidos pela polícia. A instituição não descarta que possa ter ocorrido um erro de contagem.

O caso foi registrado em Limeira e deve ser investigado pela Delegacia de Investigações Gerais (DIG). Em nota, a direção da Santa Casa confirmou que foi feito um Boletim de Ocorrência (BO) na última terça-feira (23), referente ao furto da vacina.

“Nesse momento não há como afirmar o que de fato tenha ocorrido, visto que está sendo refeita a contagem das doses, checando novamente protocolo de entregas, verificando o sistema interno de imagem de segurança”, diz uma parte da nota.

Todo o processo de dispensação das vacinas, chegada e distribuição das doses está sendo apurado internamente pela Santa Casa para esclarecer o caso, também de acordo com a instituição. Conforme o Boletim de Ocorrência, apenas os farmacêuticos tinham a chave do local de armazenamento e o ambiente é munido de câmeras de vigilância.
