Seguranças do estabelecimento flagraram a ação criminosa na noite deste domingo (13).

De acordo com a PM, o proprietário da loja relatou que o rapaz furtou um dichavador, uma piteira de vidro e um dado para guardar fumo. Os objetos estão avaliados em R$ 140.

A polícia conduziu o autor do crime ao plantão policial, onde o delegado determinou a prisão em flagrante.

A mulher é proprietária de um estabelecimento, que fica na área central da cidade. 

De acordo com a Polícia Civil, foram apreendidos 67 cigarros eletrônicos na tabacaria. Os policiais chegaram ao local após receberem uma denúncia de que o estabelecimento vendia este tipo de produto.

Uma policial à paisana perguntou ao atendente da loja se eles realizavam a venda de cigarro eletrônico. Os cigarros estavam dentro de uma gaveta.

Os produtos foram apreendidos. Já a proprietária do estabelecimento, de 29 anos, foi detida e encaminhada à sede da Delegacia de Investigações Sobre Entorpecentes (Dise).

Ela pagou fiança e vai responder em liberdade.
