O caso aconteceu na tarde de quarta-feira (1º), no coletivo que fazia a linha ‘Bosque dos Lenheiros/Centro’.

De acordo com a corporação, durante o trajeto, o homem deixou a faca cair no assoalho do coletivo. Os passageiros conseguiram pegar a faca e entregar ao motorista, além de exigirem que o suspeito saísse do coletivo.

O homem desceu perto da agência Central dos Correios, na Avenida Armando de Salles de Oliveira. Assim que saiu do ônibus, ele ameaçou outras pessoas em frente à bilheteria do guichê da Rua Dom Pedro I no Terminal Central de Integração (TCI).

Os guardas chegaram no local e mandaram o suspeito largar a faca e colocar as mãos na cabeça. O suspeito não obedeceu e tentou fugir, mas os agentes o alcançaram e desarmaram, encontrando três facas.

Na delegacia, a equipe constatou que o homem tinha ficha criminal por outros crimes. Além disso, um comerciante se apresentou e disse que o homem tinha assaltado seu estabelecimento.  

Todos os fatos foram registrados em um boletim de ocorrência e as facas ficaram apreendidas.
