Policiais do 10º Batalhão de Ações Especiais de Polícia (Baep) localizaram a motocicleta na noite deste domingo (4) e prenderam o autor do crime.

Após receber informações sobre a moto furtada, modelo Honda Titan 150, policiais do Baep localizaram o veículo na região do bairro Paulista. O condutor estacionou na Avenida Dr. Paulo de Moraes e tentou fugir a pé.

A equipe o deteve e o homem confessou o furto. Ele relatou que viu o anúncio da moto no Facebook pela quantia de R$ 8,5 mil e marcou para fazer um teste. Durante o trajeto, ele fugiu com o veículo.

O ladrão alegou que ia entregar a moto como pagamento de uma dívida no valor de R$ 3 mil.

A polícia contatou as vítimas, que confirmaram os fatos. Com isso, o homem recebeu voz de prisão em flagrante pelo furto e ficou preso à disposição da Justiça.
