O caso aconteceu em Porto Real, cidade localizada no sul do estado do Rio de Janeiro.

De acordo com a Polícia Militar (PM), dois menores estavam em uma moto em atitudes definidas pelo policiamento como suspeitas. Os dois não obedeceram a uma ordem de parada e iniciaram uma fuga, até que a PM os abordou na Avenida Brasil.

No vídeo de uma câmera de segurança, é possível ver o momento da abordagem. Quando a viatura da polícia chega, um dos suspeitos corre.

O adolescente que fica na moto começa a ser revistado, mas de repente, saca a arma e atira no olho do policial militar.

Mesmo ferido o sargento conseguiu revidar e atirou contra o menor diversas vezes. O criminoso morreu no local em decorrência dos tiros. Já o PM entrou na viatura e conseguiu sair dirigindo.

O policial militar é do batalhão da cidade de Resende. Ele foi socorrido para o hospital, passou por uma cirurgia e já teve alta, segundo a Polícia Militar.

O outro suspeito foi apreendido e levado para a 100ª Distrito Policial de Porto Real.

De acordo com o registro de ocorrência, foram apreendidas duas armas e a moto. Segundo um levantamento feito pela polícia, o adolescente morto foi preso com um revólver calibre 38 e drogas no dia 24 de dezembro do ano passado.

Já o adolescente apreendido tem uma ficha criminal que inclui homicídio, tráfico de drogas e posse de arma.
